Netflix raises prices, offers streaming-only option2010-11-24 09:38 by PhilipTags: Netflix
Netflix Inc. took another step in its evolution Monday, rolling out a streaming-only subscription option in the United States. The news sent Netflix shares up, as the plan gives the company a higher-margin service that excludes the costs of mailing discs. Netflix offers about 20,000 titles for instant streaming which is nothing to complain about, but it is a far cry from the 90,000 titles found in their DVD library. The option became available to new and existing members as of Monday. Netflix also announced a series of price increases to its monthly fees. To receive unlimited movies and shows and have one DVD out at a time, for example, the fee rises a dollar to $9.99. Read more -here-

Yeah this is stupid... my fee is going up and they are offering streaming only service but they don't offer all titles now for streaming so not sure how this would be a good thing. The streaming you have also isn't all in HD and even then it depends on the connection or source your pulling it in with.
